- Contact details — first and last name, email address, and phone number.
- Trip details — event date, pickup time, pickup location, destination, service type, vehicle type, passenger count, and any special instructions you provide.
- Communications — the content of messages, emails, text messages and calls between you and our team, including customer service inquiries.
- Consent records — whether you checked our SMS consent boxes, along with the date, time and source of that consent.

- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment for booked trips is handled separately by our reservations team.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Prepare and send you quotes, and confirm, schedule and fulfill your reservations.
- Send booking confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, pickup and arrival notifications, and service updates such as delays or changes.
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- Send marketing and promotional messages — including special offers, discounts and promotions — where you have separately opted in to receive them.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and other unlawful activity.
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. SMS Text Messaging & Mobile Information
Elite Transportation Service LLC operates an SMS text messaging program. You may opt in by checking one or both of the SMS consent boxes on our booking or contact form. The consent boxes are unchecked by default, and simply entering your phone number does not opt you in to text messages. You may choose non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.
- Non-marketing messages may include quotes, booking confirmations, ride and chauffeur details, pickup and arrival notifications, service updates, and replies to customer service inquiries about an existing or upcoming booking.
- Marketing messages, sent only to those who separately opt in, may include special offers, discounts and promotions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact us at 314-310-1218 or limo@stlelite.net. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS data is never shared or sold. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging, including phone numbers gathered through SMS consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation companies for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This category of data is excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. We share mobile numbers only with the messaging service providers that transmit our messages on our behalf, strictly for the purpose of delivering those messages, and those providers are prohibited from using the data for any other purpose.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — vendors who perform services for us, such as our customer relationship management platform, booking and dispatch software, website hosting, email delivery and SMS delivery. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Chauffeurs and affiliate operators — the trip details needed to fulfill your reservation, where an affiliate operator is used to service your booking.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Elite Transportation Service LLC, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent — for any other purpose you have agreed to.
As stated in Section 4, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data are excluded from all of the above sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. SMS consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
