1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the transportation services provided by Elite Transportation Service LLC (“Elite Transportation Service LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, submitting a quote or booking request, or riding with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our Services
Elite Transportation Service LLC provides chauffeured ground transportation — including black car, limousine, SUV, Sprinter van and mini coach service — in St. Louis, throughout Missouri and in neighboring states. Services include airport transfers, corporate and executive travel, special events, weddings, hourly charters, group and campus transportation, and long-distance transfers. Vehicle availability varies and is confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Quotes, Bookings & Payment
- Submitting a quote request or booking form does not create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly.
- Quotes are based on the vehicle type, route, duration, date and time, and the details you provide. Changes to those details may change the price.
- Rates may include or exclude gratuity, tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time and fuel surcharges; your written quote will set out what is included.
- Additional stops, extended wait time, route changes and overtime beyond the booked period may be billed at our prevailing rates.
- We may require a deposit or a card on file to hold a reservation. Payment terms are set out in your quote or confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change terms depend on the vehicle and service booked and are stated in your quote or booking confirmation. Cancellations made inside the stated notice window, and no-shows, may be charged in full. To cancel or change a reservation, contact us at 314-310-1218 or limo@stlelite.net as early as possible.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Elite Transportation Service LLC offers an SMS text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and checking an SMS consent box on our booking or contact form, you agree to these SMS terms. The consent boxes are unchecked by default, and providing your phone number alone does not opt you in to text messages. You may opt in to non-marketing messages, marketing messages, both, or neither.

- Subscribers who opt in to non-marketing messages may receive quotes, booking confirmations, ride and chauffeur details, pickup and arrival notifications, service updates such as driver-en-route alerts, delays or changes, and replies to customer service inquiries about an existing or upcoming booking. Subscribers who separately opt in to marketing messages may receive marketing and promotional messages, including special offers, discounts and promotions. Opt-in is not a condition of purchase.

- Opt-out
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
- Supported carriers
- Message service is available on major U.S. carriers. Not all handsets or carriers support text messaging.
Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging, including phone numbers gathered through SMS consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation companies for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

6. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, including those governing alcohol and controlled substances. Illegal drugs are prohibited in our vehicles.
- Seat belts must be worn where fitted. Child seats are the responsibility of the passenger unless arranged in advance.
- Passenger and luggage capacity stated for each vehicle may not be exceeded.
- Passengers are responsible for damage to or excessive soiling of a vehicle caused by them or their guests, and may be charged a cleaning or repair fee.
- Our chauffeurs may end a trip where passenger behavior is unlawful or presents a risk to safety. No refund is given in those circumstances.
7. Delays & Conditions Beyond Our Control
We plan routes, monitor traffic and track flights to keep your trip on schedule. We are not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, flight changes, mechanical failure, acts of government, strikes or other events of force majeure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Transportation Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed flights, missed connections or missed events. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a reservation shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that reservation. Personal property is carried at your own risk; please check the vehicle for belongings before leaving.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Website Use & Content
This website and its content — including text, images, logos and the Elite Transportation Service LLC name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Elite Transportation Service LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for your own non-commercial purposes in connection with booking our services. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or create derivative works from the site without our written permission. You may not use the site unlawfully or in a way that damages, disables or impairs it.
Content on the site, including vehicle images and descriptions, is provided for general information. Specific vehicles, features and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your information and forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Missouri shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
